EHS Risk Analyst

Scott Welch currently provides consultative services as an Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Risk Analyst with Yellowbird. He brings over 30 years of experience in workplace safety and risk management, having worked primarily in the capacity of Senior Risk Management Consultant within the insurance industry.

Since beginning his career in 1993, Scott has supported a broad range of clients across industries including insurance, manufacturing, transportation, healthcare, construction, service, and hospitality. 

His work focuses on identifying risk exposures, developing and implementing tailored safety management systems, and serving as a safety culture change agent to help organizations build and sustain strong, proactive safety cultures. 

Scott enjoys fly fishing in Pennsylvania and spending time with his family. He and his wife Tina have been married for 41 years and have two sons, Thaddaeus and Ezekiel, both of whom have followed in his footsteps as safety professionals.
