YellowBird now lets organizations enforce mandatory email verification for every login session. This proactive security upgrade helps eliminate the possibility of lingering access for former employees and reduces compliance concerns.

Key Highlights:

• Magic Link Authentication: Users log in with a secure link emailed for each session (no passwords required).
  
  
• 24-Hour Expiration: Each login session expires after 24 hours, automatically prompting re-verification.
  
  
• Organization-Level Toggle: Admins can turn this feature on/off via their settings or onboarding module.
  
  
• Clear User Comms: The login email now clearly communicates this is a login event—not account creation.
  
  

Instant Chat for Job Site Clarity

We’ve also improved communication for points of contact for every job (POCs) with a new transactional notification. 

What’s New:

When a YellowBird Pro is matched to a job request and a chat is created, the POC gets an instant email notification. The message includes instructions on how to log in and start the conversation.

This enhancement directly responds to feedback from our clients, who asked for more timely notifications for POCs once a YellowBird Pro is matched to their request.
