Jarret Hamstreet

Jarret serves as Vice President of Finance of YellowBird Holdings, Inc. Prior to joining YellowBird in November 2023, he operated Golden Barrel Advisors, a Fractional Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and management consulting practice serving education, healthcare, and software-as-a-service (SaaS) clients. Jarret previously served as Chief Financial Officer of TruckItNow Transportation, Inc. from 2021-2022, helping to shepherd the company through a successful acquisition in September 2022. 

In May 2010, Jarret co-founded PostBidShip, Inc., a SaaS platform serving the North American B2B freight industry. PostBidShip enabled corporate logistics departments, including Fortune 500 and 1000 companies, to bid out their last-minute or unplanned freight shipments to a network of pre-screened trucking companies. Like many founders, he wore multiple hats during his eleven years with PostBidShip, ultimately serving as CFO during the company’s successful acquisition in August 2021.

Earlier in his career, Jarret held several positions in the governmental and political sectors, including service as Chief of Staff to the Minority Leader of the Oregon House of Representatives and Deputy Finance Director to U.S. Senator Gordon Smith.

Jarret earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from The University of Arizona in 2010 and his Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from Tulane University in 2004.
